The NextGen Engineering and Technology Journal (NGETJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing pioneering research at the frontiers of advanced engineering, deep technology, and disruptive innovation. Positioned as a premier scholarly forum for exploring the technologies that will define the next industrial and societal epochs, the journal serves visionary engineers, applied scientists, computational theorists, and technological innovators worldwide. NGETJ prioritizes high-impact experimental studies, advanced computational modeling, breakthrough proof-of-concept designs, and deep-tech applied research. By synthesizing foundational engineering mechanics and physics with contemporary paradigms of quantum technologies, artificial general intelligence (AGI) applications, advanced robotics, and next-generation connectivity, the journal fosters a deep, comprehensive understanding of how frontier technologies can be engineered to solve the most complex challenges of the 21st century and beyond.
Scope and Topics
Reflecting its mandate to advance the extreme cutting edge of technological development, the journal welcomes high-quality original research articles, systematic technological reviews, experimental design validations, and theoretical engineering frameworks within the following thematic areas:
Publication Frequency
To ensure rigorous editorial oversight, thorough peer review, and the rapid dissemination of breakthrough engineering technologies, NGETJ is published semi-annually (2 issues per year, typically scheduled for release in June and December). Special thematic issues focusing on emerging paradigms—such as the engineering of quantum networks, autonomous space robotics, or the industrialization of metamaterials—may be commissioned by the Editorial Board.
Peer Review Process
NGETJ enforces a strict double-blind peer review policy to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, analytical objectivity, and empirical validity across all deep-tech and advanced engineering disciplines.
Mission Statement: "The mission of the NextGen Engineering and Technology Journal (NGETJ) is to advance global engineering scholarship by publishing rigorous, evidence-based research that pushes the absolute boundaries of current technological capabilities. Grounded in the philosophy that the future is not merely predicted but actively engineered, the journal aims to democratize frontier technology research by providing an unrestricted platform for global academic, scientific, and industrial dialogue. Through the promotion of bold, rigorous experimental, computational, and design-based methodologies, NGETJ seeks to empower pioneering engineers, inspire deep-tech innovators, and accelerate the development of the transformative technologies that will shape human progress."
